Before you book
How fast do we get everything back?
Photos land within twelve hours of the event, most of the time the same night. Recap edits land within three days. The full film takes longer and we give you a named date for it, not an estimate.
Do you shoot in both English and Spanish?
Yes, and natively rather than translated. Captions, voiceover, and copy are written in both languages by people who speak both, which matters when half a room speaks one and half speaks the other.
How many people do you send?
Two operators on every event, minimum. One camera means the ceremony is covered and the reaction is missed. Larger weekends get a bigger crew and we tell you the number before you book.
What if it rains, or the schedule falls apart?
It usually does move, and that is normal. We build the shot list around what has to exist versus what would be nice, so the essential coverage survives a schedule that slips two hours.
Can we get the raw footage?
Yes, as an add-on, delivered on a drive or a link. Most people do not want it and that is fine too. We keep an archive either way.
